Pumpkins into Coaches...

"Know you what it is to be a child?
It is to be something very different from the man of today.
It is to have a spirit yet streaming from the waters of baptism;
it is to believe in love,
to believe in loveliness,
to believe in belief;
it is to be so little that the elves can reach to whisper in your ear;
it is to turn pumpkins into coaches,
and mice into horses,
lowness into loftiness,
and nothing into everything,
for each child has its fairy godmother in its own soul"

-Francis Thompson

Wishing you the simply inspiring company of your soul's fairy godmother...

Oh what a GORGEOUS way for me to start my busy day!!!!!!!!!! And it is so funny how I come here to see what I was thinking of doing for my next post!!! I was thinking of FAIRYGOD MOTHER....so please do not think, if you come to visit me for me next post, that I took this idea! But mine would be centered around another theme...THANK YOU FOR YOUR WONDERFUL VISIT and sweet words my dear; you have a lovely, lovely touch here!

Now to go start my Monday in the classroom!

Hello,
I visited your blog today - I saw you on 'Castles, Crowns, and Cottages.' Your blog is so pretty and charming. I was scrolling down, and I noticed the red mask...LOVED IT! My daughter brought me back a mask from New Orleans when she went there. We started a new blog, and we would love it if you could visit us and follow. I would enjoy coming back to visit with you. Your blog is filled with beauty, and I am leaving here today with a smile. I hope to hear from you, and have a sweet day.

I love the idea of having my fairy godmother. Within me. That's really lovely. And all those Cinderella pumpkins are just gorgeous. This post have me daydreaming in such a happy way.

About Me

My photo
I have always been inspired by my Grandfather's particular generosity and encouragement, along with his love for others and nature. His spirit lives on, and the influence is quietly with me as I write and share. This is my small offering that I pray will bless others and allow them to become Simply Inspired. warmly, karen -xok.

Each day provides its own gifts.
